The morning after the party! A very slow start for some and gallons of tea for me, Sundays caving trip to Wizard Chasm saw 5 of us have a really good exploration of all the nooks and crannies of this fine cave, it is very muddy in places especially the little duck on the way to the pitch which only I was daft enough to go through!  A visit to the Blue room is always well worth the effort. A new cave ticked off for 3 of the group.
Met a couple walking up to do it as we were leaving, strangely popular today for an obscure cave, who were they? I'd be interested to hear if they found the Blue room etc.
Those along  Dave Chadwick, Ros White, Phil the hungover Hawk, Nigel man of Steel, Stu Weston.
 3+ hours underground.

Before you say it, "No Bags Nigel" is a reformed character, yes the photo doesn't lie - a bag he definately had.
He does have a new trick though, I'm learning all the time from Nigel.......... the man is a Legend.

About

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
