Many thanks to everyone who contributed to putting together another excellent dinner.

There was a pre-rigging trip on Friday night in expectation of a mass of cavers

a slightly smaller than expected part of 7 took on a wet a blustery Alum Pot whilst other members ensured the local tea rooms were in working order with local walk in the rain

The AGM was over in record time in anticipation of the Flying Scotsman which ended up delayed then it was all on to the Falcon Manor for an excellent dinner, a chance to look over trevor tordoffs historic photo collection finished off with the core team of YSS ensuring the beer kept flowing in the helly untill the wee small hours

For anyone who does not do facebook, You should and join the YSS group! but if not I have uploaded pics from the dinner to the online album here yssuk.com/yss/interactive/gallery/category/51-42nd-annual-dinner-2016.html

Thanks for a great weekend guys

Thanks Mike, Nearly as good as yours.

I wanted to have more ambient light but the sensor wouldnt handle it so the big gun had to come out.

About

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
