Monday 24th October 2016 saw a team of 6 digging at BMP - 3 YSS ( Dave Checkley,Sharron Rosser and SP8 ) along with Richard Mercer ( Kendal CC,) Tim Sulivan ( Bradford P C ) and Phil Parker ( White Rose CPC and Ex - YSS ).
With low water conditions we managed to dig out 140 bags of rubble from the bottom a record amount and bring it all out to the surface tip.The second shaft is now over 7 metres deep.
Wednesday 26th October 2016 - Only Sp8 & Richard Mercer on this trip - The aim to scaffold and timber the bottom section of the shaft and dig out more rubble. A 3hrs drip suceeded in removing 20 bags of rubble from the bottom and only part way out of the Pot. but we did manage to drill the walls for the scaffold and timber down. It was also a lot wetter at the bottom

Would love to come and have a session digging with you guys, but a bit too far to come for just a digging session. Will just keep you in Scaff and clips instead
