The work day at YSS went really well. 
We all worked mainly outside in the morning as it was due to rain in the afternoon (and it did) and moved inside as the rain got heavier.
There were about 15 members doing a wide range of jobs : improvements, repairs, cleaning and tidying.
Thanks to David C, Stu, Nigel, Long Bob, Jane, Lukas (new member), Neil, Phil H, Josh, TC, Caiti, Rich, Fiona D and AlanS, many of whom travelled long distances to come and help (Rich cycled from Warrington - about 80 miles each way). Apologies if I have missed anyone off the list.
We finished most of the jobs on the list, but inevitably found more to do.
It was also a good social weekend, especially as we all ate together in the dinig room (food provided by YSS). 
A great atmoshpere and very rewarding (type 2 fun?) for all who helped.
