As Nigel had never done Tatham Wife before we decided the long walk would be worth it. steady trip down to the bottom and as the water levels were low we went down the Streamway to have a look at the dive line (does not look an inviting place). All that was left then was an about turn for the way out.
Trip time 4hrs

The swedish girls were beauties. unfortunatley i had too many 'old peculiars' did try caving games though including the 19cm squeeze (practice for strans Gill). unfortunatley i could not get through and the Swedish girls refused because it meant undressing, damn:( The wet tee comp was fun to watch, but hey thats another story;)

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
