I am pleased to report that yesterday i completed the 3 peaks sponsored walk in aid of the CRO leaving only 2 toe nails on route. It did however take me a very long time.

It was a great day with some stuning views.

I am indebited to Nigel Steel for stepping in at the last moment to suppport me. it must have been painfully slow for him when he coud have run it in half the time and he even went back and found my watch when i droppped it. A true friend.
the support by the CRO crew was great and they are an interesting bunch to talk to ( thats why it took me so long! - if only my legs worked as fast as my mouth)

I am after you money now good people that sponsored me - and any that escaped.

This is going to be an annual CRO event so i am passing the YSS flag to some one else to cary next year - will it be YOU

About

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
