Many thanks to Alan B) for gettting us permission, and to the proprietors of Ingleborough cave for allowing us to go behond the show cave.
A great trip which the aches and bruises will remind us of for some time to come.
I must mention Isla's rolling technique as a way of minimising energy expenditure in almost flat out wide bedding crawls, Sam may be able to do a photo manual of the procedure(just beware of dizziness:unsure: ).

There's a passage in OFD I called Roly Poly Passage - a long-established technique there.

About

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
