The entrance to this cave had recently collapsed & Andy Walsh of the Red Rose was after a team to sort it out.So 3 YSS members Alan SP8, Nigel Steel & Sam Clifford agreed to assist along with Richard Mercer of the Kendal.
With lesson given on the art of rock removal we soon had the offending blocks removed - The next job was to wall up all the voids that had been left. There was even time for Nigel & Sam to have a quick explore of the cave & test the stability of the new entrance. All passed off by Andy.
