It seems I was not content with leaving my D-ring open, I appear to have left my wellies at the Derbyshire hut, somehow. Does anyone often pop up there? Could anyone check to see if my green wellies are there? I might swing by Sunday but it is out of the way to where we are meeting.

Are you sure you had them on when you came out of Peak?

Wish you posted this on Sat :( I assumed you had forgot, I went to TSG hut this morning and did not find them (As you had picked them up) so had to buy some walking wellies. Still would like mine back though because these £17 wellies are shite for SRT. Foot loop digs in, good grip for climbing though.

Came out a bit wrong that then. Of course thanks for looking, just slightly irritated to see this post, after I bought a pair.
No fault of your own, of course. I hate posting on-line you cant sometimes get across the more light hearted nature of the post that I intended.

It is a little known fact, but following a bit of a near miss incident down Titan, Alex was so overjoyed to be alive that he bought drinks for eveyone in the Bulls Head that evening!

Keith are they the wellies you have on ebay?

About

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
