What started out as a small group for this trip ended up being 10 of us in total

After getting kitted up at Bull Pot farm and having a steady walk over to the entrance for County, we were pleasantly surprised to see Easegill Beck was quite dry

We did take a rope to rig County as a Pull Through but this was not needed as it was already rigged for the CHECC weekend, after we had all ab'ed down and made our way into the Broadway we opted to do the Manchester By-Pass as Pete fancied doing it again.
Think everybody enjoyed it

next up was the greasy and slippy traverse to arrive at the top of Stop Pot, once we were all safely down the ladder we then opted for a trip up to Easter Grotto, as we worked our way upstream the water level was about wellie deep. After the joys of Easter Grotto we started to make our way back towards Stop Pot, noticing that the water level in the streamway had suddenly risen by about 2 feet
Back at Stop Pot we opted to get into Wretched Rabbit via Fourways Chamber as going through at stream level would have been a tad wet, once we had dropped into Wretched Rabbit streamway all that was left was the steady slog out to the surface. Also noticed on the way out that water was coming in from places I had never noticed before and when we got to the Spiral Staircase there was just a wall of water thundering down into it

, made it interesting for getting across it.
As we popped out onto the surface, we were also rather surprised to see that Easegill Beck was now a raging torrent, which made it interesting getting back to County Pot to pick up the path back to Bull Pot farm.
