The other half of the group from work were treated to the delights of Upper Long Churn, managing to get everyone up Dr. Banisters waterfall, despite a couple of them being well outside their comfort zone.
Then it was down to Lower long churn for a few intrepid soles to venture through the Cheese Press.

A very international group - including Friday evenings trip we had nationals of Poland, Romania, France, India, China, Wales and even a scouser caving .
Trip time about 2 hours. A lovely day too.

well done to all of them, a great bunch and all pushing there comfort zones, was surprised to see everyone follow me out through diccan after the panic a few had in baptistery crawl , it always amazes me how people will try that little bit harder when they see daylight
