As we fancied something a bit different we opted for a ferret round Ball Eye Mine, had a right good look at lots of stuff in there and we even managed to find ant traverse the Sough level before making our way back out.

Nice one Keith, why was it different, any pitches? Was it a lead mine? Is it near Eyam? any evidence of mining activity? any mining artifacts?

Different from the normal caving and SRT stuff, yes it was, no it isn't, yes there is and a few scattered about
