6 of us spent a pleasant afternoon out of the wind and rain with a steady trip into a classic Yorkshire pot :)
Picked one of the more interesting routes to get to the bottom, although we did stop short of it as it was a tad wet down there, but we did go up and have a look at the inlet that comes into it which was quite impressive. After that it was head out time and after getting changed it was off to the Wheatsheaf for a swift pint or two :)
Trip time 3hrs30
Colum Walsh, Kevin Speight, Lee Langdon, Jason, Simon, Keith Mason

Ok, classic Dales trip, Wheatsheaf Ingleton on the way back, multiple routes to the bottom and when raining.

So probably not Marble Steps but maybe Ireby Fell?

About

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
