With no plan where to go and fears from Fiona Ds recent warnign over localised deluges, I opted for somewhere I'd been in similar conditions at the end of last year, Washfold Pot in the Alum area. It was fresh in the mind after Damian went up there a couple weeks ago and after not getting past the bottom of the big pitch first time I was there I have unfinished business.
I struggled in the entrance rift carrying bags and was surprisingly unhappy underground so after arriving at the climb up to the climb down to the kit putting on chamber, I decided, after mulling it over for far too long, that enough was enough, if I was unhappy now and it started to rain then I'd be mighty unhappy on the way out and I left it there to exit the cave to annoyingly blue skies and glorious sunshine

Ian if you are going to be up in the near future and I'm around, I'd go back in if you want a bit of company
