Nigel wanted to do some rigging practice so in the dark and pouring rain we headed off from the hut. Fortunately by the time we arrived the rain had eased off and we stayed relatively dry on the walk up. Nigel rigged down to the main ledge and called me down. I arrived to find the waterfall landing on the ledge and it would have required a snorkel to try and continue on that route. As we didn't have enough rope to go to the other side of the bridge (or a snorkle) we headed back out. Looks impressive with a lot of water.

About

There are many club organised caving weekends, with a mixture of easy and difficult caving.  Over the past few years we have given lots of people the opportunity to experience caving with our "Try Caving" events.  These are quite popular and quite a few people have subsequently joined the club. We have YSS members caving most weekends so it is easy for new cavers to tag onto the easier caving trips and find people to help with more training.
